Challenge: Quality and Structuring of the Cadastral Base

With operations in complex and diverse segments, the Agis Group identified the need to standardize, organize, and consolidate its product and service database, ensuring efficient acquisitions and clear information shared with the supplier market.

The FAST Project

In 2019, after analyzing the market, the Agis Group selected CH Master Data | Astrein to lead the data standardization and sanitization project. The scope included:

Existing Base Sanitation: Standardization of approximately 5,700 items from the database already used by the group.

Expansion via CH Master Data | Astrein Catalog: Acquisition and customization of more than 15,000 items from the CH Master Data | Astrein product and service collection.

Creation of New Service Items: Development of more than 8,000 personalized records, adapted to the group's operational particularities.

ERP Integration: Implementation of integration between the SSA-CAD platform and the Agis Group ERP, ensuring automatic and secure database updates.

Registry Governance: Continuous Quality Framework

With the consolidation of a unified database of 28,000 items, the Agis Group began the Registration Governance phase, ensuring that all new requests for materials and services went through a validation, standardization, and integration process with the ERP.

This process is led by the CH Master Data | Astrein team, ensuring consistent records ready for immediate use in purchasing processes.
