To improve the performance of the area responsible for registering indirect materials, Sanofi was looking for a solution that would speed up response times, automate manual activities, and increase team productivity without expanding the team.

The Astrein sanitation and registration center platform was chosen to meet requests for new indirect materials by the Sanofi team, where one of the highlights was the 50% reduction in creation service time, from 3 days to 1.5 days.

According to Marcelo Lima, head of the Central, “This increase in productivity with the Astrein platform allowed us, with the same team, to absorb a new type of item, ATHI (equipment spare parts), which corresponded to an increase of more than 30% in creation calls.”

Another point to highlight in the use of the platform was the construction of conditional rules between different administrative fields, which were previously filled in manually, and which are now filled in automatically through correlations, reducing filling errors, as well as reducing activities that were previously filled in manually.
