We are pleased to announce the successful implementation of the BIOMA project, which aims to transform the direct and indirect material registration process for Natura and Avon, in Brazil and throughout Latin America.

CH Master Data Astrein, with its Webformat solution, played a crucial role in the integration with SAP MDG, enabling the efficient creation and maintenance of indirect items in a multilingual registration center. Together with the CH Community, we cleaned up approximately 6,000 indirect items, including translating descriptions into Spanish, in addition to structuring a robust central hub that will meet the demand for over 1,000 monthly items for plants in Latin America.

The Webformat solution stands out as a strategic tool for master data management, offering features that ensure continuous and efficient data integrity and standardization. Among its key differentiators, we can highlight its ability to directly integrate with systems such as SAP MDG, enabling the automated and structured creation and maintenance of master data through its description standards, rules, and processes. Furthermore, the solution allows for the centralization and management of records in multiple languages, adapting to the local and regional needs of global companies. With clear creation rules, simplified validation processes, and the ability to automatically integrate master data with other business systems, Webformat ensures that data is always up-to-date and consistent, contributing to robust governance aligned with market best practices.
